Crew To Film Speech To Large Audience

I will be giving a 45 minute speech Wednesday, September 12th, for 1000 students at a local high school. I am looking for a 2-3 camera team to record my speech from different angles. The event starts at 11am. You will be done by 12 noon at the latest.

I will pay $300 dollars cash for 3 cameras and $200 for 2 cameras to record the event in HD 16X9. You can transfer digital footage to my laptop when it is over... I just care that it's all in the same format so that I can do a FCP multi-angle edit easily.

You will be expected to show up 40 minutes before the event starts to setup and discuss angles with me, film from 2-3 angles (wide shot, close up, and audience shot) and then film individual audience comments afterwords. You must also dress somewhat professionally or in all black. No skirts, sneakers, t-shirts.
