How to hilight contact information on any web page and have a brand new lead automatically created in Insightly… without ever logging into Insightly!!
Action Steps to Proceed
- Connect Evercontact with your Gmail account
- Create your first ‘Zap’ with Zapier as per the video’s instructions
- Hilight contact information and 2x check that a new lead was created in
- Insightly
- SUPER IMPORTANT: Additional steps for Zapier Users
Zapier will NOT create a lead unless it finds ALL information specified by your steps.
For example, if you tell it to search for an individual’s social media accounts, but it finds none, it won’t create the lead!
The solution is actually to create 4 different Zaps that will filter down to the following:
1. Has physical address in Google Contacts – can find Individual with Full Contact
2. Has no physical address in Google Contacts, can find individual with Full Contact.
3. Has physical address in Google Contacts, can’t find individual with Full Contact.
4. Has no physical address inGoogle Contacts, can’t find individual with Full Contact
