Using Email Sourcer + Insightly
How to use Email Sourcer to automatically crawl a website for potentially missing pieces of contact information.
IMPORTANT: Message from Zapier
To clarify a bit further, the type of first choice/second choice determination is something that we can’t do in a single zap. You’d need a separate zap for each potential outcome. So for example, one zap could look like this:
1. Google Contacts trigger
2. Full Contact Search
3. Filter step so that only items where a field from Step 2 ‘exists’
4. Insightly action using fields from FullContact(and Google Contact where you want)
Then the other zap would look like:
1. Google Contacts trigger
2. Full Contact Search
3. Filter step so that only items where a field from Step 2 ‘does not exist’
4. Insightly action using fields exclusively from your Google Contacts step 1
That way if there is info from FullContact, it gets included Insightly, but otherwise the info from Google Contacts is used. This method also prevents duplication.
Action Steps to Proceed
Go to a potential client’s website and ‘crawl’ using ‘fast search leads on this page’
Go to a potential client’s website and ‘crawl’ using ‘dig whole current website’
Using the results from both searches, delete the non-important contacts and either export your XLS document and import into Insightly OR, if you already created a lead using Evercontact, copy-paste the needed contact details over to your lead in Insightly.
