In Progress
Opportunities, Contacts, & Pipelines
Convert leads into prospects by making them contacts, connecting them to an opportunity, then applying a pipeline.
Here’s the ‘notes’ doc:
Event Location: Closest 2 Airports: Event Purpose/Theme: Their criteria for keynote success: Number of attendees: Speaking Dates and Times: Dress Code: Budget range/fee:
Action Steps to Proceed
- Understand how to convert a lead to a contact
- Know that converting a lead also creates an opportunity
- Set up your ‘event details’ note as an email template OR setup appropriate
- Custom fields (requires upgraded account in Insightly)
- Apply the appropriate ‘activity series’ to your pipeline stages.
